Our Story​

Mobile RV Repair Solutions was born from personal experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges RV owners face. As a full-time RVer myself, I discovered firsthand the frustration and inconvenience that comes with needing repairs while on the road. My journey began when I needed warranty repairs for my own RV. The nearest authorized dealer was an hour and a half away—each way. As a full-time RVer, I faced an impossible choice: either be temporarily homeless while my home was in the shop with no clear timeline for completion, or continue living with issues that needed professional attention. Desperate for another solution, I contacted three local mobile RV technicians and only one even returned my call. As someone with over 20 years of experience in sales and service, I found this level of customer service completely unacceptable. This wasn't how business should be done.​ This experience revealed a critical gap in RV services. While dealerships and repair shops offer comprehensive repair options, they often can't accommodate the unique needs of full-time RVers who literally can't leave their homes behind and many mobile technicians weren't providing the professional service and reliability that RV owners deserve.

Our Commitment to Excellence

I knew that if I wanted the level of service I expected as a customer, I needed to become that service provider myself. This led me to pursue professional training through the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) to become nationally certified. I believe that RV owners deserve skilled technicians with verified credentials—not just someone who claims to repair RVs.
